Rack inspection

We perform your rack inspection independent from the manufacturer. The inspection is according the German Ordinance of Industrial Safety and Health ("Betriebssicherheitsverordnung") and the valid standard DIN EN 15635:2009-08 Art. 9.4.2.3 by a certified rack inspector. By our service we increase the Industrial Safety significantly, minimize the potential risks and help to prevent expensive costs for reparations in time.

Testing procedure

The inspection of the racks is realized during the usual production process. The following performances belong to the inspection:

Visual inspection from the standard level without using a ladder, lifting platform etc.
Visual inspection on the compliance of the BGR 234 of the German industry employer's liability insurance association ("gewerbliche Berufsgenossenschaften")
Visual inspection of the rack constitution according the specification
Comparison of the rack's load signs with the constitution
Delegation of an inspection sticker
Creation of a test report
